Age’s End is an interpretive composition depicting one of many Ice Age floods, which occurred 15,000 to 20,000 years ago. The viewer’s vantage point is from the present day site of Crown Point, looking east, as flood waters arrive into the lower Columbia River Gorge.
The original painting is a 48” x 24” acrylic on panel that was created in 2006-2007.
The print is an artist signed, limited edition of 250 and
10 artist proofs. Cascade Printing, of Corvallis, Oregon produced it on April 12th, 2007. It is printed on 80 lb. archival, Mohawk Superfine eggshell, Ultra White cover stock, using a traditional four color process with vegetable based inks.
